Setting up your studio profile
Configure your studio name, logo, contact details, address, brand color, and more.
Where to find it
Go to Settings in the left sidebar, then click Profile.
What you can set up
Studio logo
Click the camera icon on the logo circle to upload your logo. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP. Max size: 5MB. Square images work best.
To remove a logo, click the X button on the logo.
Studio name
The name that appears across your dashboard, invoices, and receipts. Required field.
Address
Your full studio address. Used on invoices.
City
Your studio's city.
Phone
Your studio's contact number.
Your studio's contact email. Shown on invoices and receipts.
WhatsApp number
The number used for WhatsApp click-to-send messages. Format: country code + number, no + sign. Example: 919876543210 for an Indian number.
Website
Your studio website URL if you have one.
Brand color
Pick a color using the color picker or enter a hex code. This color appears on invoices and branded receipts. Defaults to red.
Saving
Click Save at the bottom of the page. A green confirmation appears when saved successfully.
