Managing leads
Track every enquiry from first contact to enrolled student.
The pipeline
Every lead moves through five statuses, shown as a summary strip at the top of the Leads page:

|---|---|
| New | Just added, not yet contacted |
| Contacted | You have reached out, awaiting reply |
| Trial Scheduled | They booked a trial class |
| Converted | Enrolled as a student |
| Lost | Decided not to join |
Change a lead's status anytime using the dropdown on their card.
Adding a lead
Click + Add Lead and fill in:
- Name and Phone (required)
- Source — Instagram, Referral, Walk-in, Google, Friend, or Other
- Follow Up Date — when to chase them next. Overdue follow-ups show in red on the card.
- Interested In — what they asked about
- Notes
Working a lead
Each lead card has:
- Send WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with your Lead follow-up template pre-filled
- A ⋮ menu with: Edit Lead, Convert to Student, Archive, and Delete Forever
Convert to Student opens the New Admission flow with the lead's name, phone, email, and interests already filled in. When the admission completes, the lead is automatically marked Converted.
Search, filter, archive
Search by name or phone. Filter by status using the chips. Archived leads are hidden from the main list — use View Archived to see them.
Lead performance
The Reports page shows new leads, conversions, conversion rate, and a breakdown by source for any date range — so you know which channel actually brings students.
