Importing and exporting data

Migrate students, memberships, and payment history from your old software — or export everything to Excel.

Setting up your studio profile

Configure your studio name, logo, contact details, address, brand color, and more.

Put StudioPartner on your phone

Add StudioPartner to your home screen so it opens like an app, with one tap.

What Active, Incomplete, Inactive, and Dropped mean — and when to use each.

Archiving students

How archiving differs from marking a student as Left, and when to use it.

Referrals & student wallet

Reward students who bring you new people, and let that credit pay their fees.

Completing an incomplete admission

Finish a student who was saved at step 1 but never given a batch, plan or payment.

Editing a student

Change a student's details after admission, and what to do instead of deleting them.

Creating a batch

Set up class groups with days, timing, capacity, and a default fee.

P&L summary, invoice filters, daily collection view, and the Expenses tab — your money command center.

Fee statuses explained

Pending, Partial, Paid, Overdue, Cancelled — what each badge on an invoice means.

Collect fees online

Send a payment link, let parents pay by UPI, card or netbanking, and watch the fee mark itself paid. Setup, costs, and where your money is.

Fees page filters

What each chip on the Fees page actually selects — and why Pending shows more than you expect.

Recording a payment

Take money against an existing fee — from the student's profile or from the Fees page.

Renewing a membership

Start a student's next membership period — with the plan and rate already filled in.

Fixing payment mistakes — void, refund, waive

Undo a mis-keyed payment, return money, or write off a fee — and know which one you actually need.

Host an event

Run a workshop, class or show with free or paid tickets. Tickets go to attendees by email, you check them in with a QR code, and the money reaches your bank after the event.

Marking attendance

Take attendance in seconds, spot dropout risk, and follow up with absentees on WhatsApp.

Batch attendance link

Let a teacher mark a batch's register from a link — no StudioPartner login needed.

Cancelling classes

Mark a class as cancelled so a rained-out day does not count against attendance.

Not attending — catching dropouts early

See which students have quietly stopped coming, and reach them before they are gone.

Managing leads

Track every enquiry from first contact to enrolled student.
