Your StudioPartner invoices & GST
Where to find the tax invoice for every subscription payment you make to StudioPartner.
This article is about invoices StudioPartner issues to you for your subscription. For invoices you issue to your students, see Invoice & tax settings.
Finding your invoices
Billing lists every subscription payment you have made, each with a View invoice link.
The invoice opens in a new tab and can be saved or printed from there. Every payment has one — you never need to ask for a copy.
What is on it
A proper GST tax invoice: StudioPartner's GSTIN, your studio's name and address, the plan and period covered, the amount before tax, the GST charged, and the total paid.
This is the document to hand your accountant. Nothing further is needed.
How GST works on your subscription
Prices are quoted excluding GST, and 18% is added at checkout.
| Plan | Quoted | You pay monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Rs 999 | Rs 999 + 18% GST |
| Pro | Rs 1,499 | Rs 1,499 + 18% GST |
The same applies to yearly billing.
Getting your GSTIN on the invoice
If your studio is GST-registered and you want to claim input credit, your GSTIN has to be on the invoice.
Add it in your studio profile before you pay. Invoices are generated from the details held at the moment of payment, so a GSTIN added afterwards will not appear on invoices already issued.
If you have already paid without it, email support@studiopartner.app — do not simply add it and expect old invoices to update.
Refunds and credit notes
Where a refund is due, it is issued against a credit note rather than by quietly reversing the original invoice. Your records stay complete and auditable: the original invoice stands, and the credit note offsets it.
Refund eligibility is covered on our refunds page. In short: subscriptions are not refundable in the ordinary course, because the free trial exists precisely so you can decide before paying. Duplicate charges, billing errors and failures on our side are refunded.
Invoice numbering
Invoice numbers run in a continuous, financial-year-aware sequence, as Indian GST rules require. They are never reused or reissued out of order.
