Turning modules on and off
Hide the parts of StudioPartner your studio does not use.
What this does
Not every studio uses every module. Settings → Modules lets you switch off the ones you do not need, so they disappear from your menu.
Four can be turned off:
| Module | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Batches | Class batches and enrolment |
| Attendance | Daily class attendance |
| Leads | Enquiry pipeline and follow-ups |
| Reports | Studio analytics and reports |
All four are on by default.
Why you might turn one off
Leads — if enquiries come to you by phone and you have no interest in tracking them as a pipeline.
Attendance — if you run open classes and do not take a register.
Batches — if you teach only one-to-one and never group students into classes.
Reports — if nobody looks at them and the menu item is just noise.
A shorter menu is genuinely easier to use, particularly for staff who only need two screens.
Nothing is deleted
Switching a module off hides it. It does not remove anything.
Turn Attendance back on and every mark you ever recorded is still there. The same is true for all four.
Because of this, turning a module off is always safe to try. If it turns out you needed it, switch it back on and nothing has been lost.
Remember to save
The toggles only take effect when you save. Leaving the page without saving discards the change.
Students and Fees cannot be turned off
They are the core of the product, so they have no switch. Everything else in your menu is either one of the four above, or is controlled by your plan rather than by this page.
