Cancellation & Refund Policy

We keep this simple and fair. You can try StudioPartner completely free before paying, and you can cancel at any time. Here is exactly how cancellations, refunds and billing issues work.

1. Try before you pay

Every new studio gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. This is your time to evaluate StudioPartner properly - you only pay if it works for your studio.

2. Cancellation

  • -You can cancel your subscription at any time - no questions, no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
  • -When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • -You will not be charged again after cancelling.
  • -To cancel, use the billing section in your dashboard or email us at hello@studiopartner.app.

3. Refunds

Because every studio gets a full 30-day free trial before paying, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods. However, we will always issue a full refund when:

  • -You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate payment).
  • -You were charged in error - for example, after a confirmed cancellation.
  • -A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant part of a paid period - reviewed case by case.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method, via our payment provider Razorpay. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.

4. Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, no amount is captured by us. Any amount debited from your account for a failed transaction is automatically reversed by your bank or by Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days. If it is not, contact us and we will help resolve it.

5. How to request a refund

Email us with your registered email address, the payment date and amount, and a short note on the issue. We respond within 2 business days.
