Invoices, GST and tax settings

Enabling GST on invoices

Go to Settings → Invoice & tax and switch on Enable GST on invoices. Two fields appear:

• GSTIN — your 15-character GST number, printed on every invoice
• PAN — optional, 10 characters

When the toggle is off, invoices print without any tax lines.

Invoice branding

Invoices automatically use your studio logo, name, address, contact details, and brand color from Settings → Profile. Set those once and every invoice looks professional.

Viewing and sharing an invoice

Every fee record has an invoice. Open it from the eye icon on any fee row, or from the student's payment history. From the invoice page you can print or save it as PDF, and the payment receipt WhatsApp template includes the invoice number automatically.
