Your studio profile on the Network
List your studio publicly so dancers can find you, and manage how it appears.
What the Network is
A public directory connecting studios and dance professionals. Studios list themselves and post work; artists list themselves and apply.
It is separate from your studio management — nothing about your students, fees or attendance is ever visible on it.
The Network is owner-only. Staff accounts cannot open it, whatever else you have given them access to.
What is public and what is not
Public: your studio name, location, description, styles taught, photos, and any open gigs.
Never public: your students, their contact details, your fees, revenue, attendance, staff, and anything else inside your dashboard.
The two systems share an account, not data.
Setting up your profile
Open Network → Studio and fill in your studio's details — name, city, what you teach, a description, and photos.
Write the description for a dancer deciding whether to travel across the city to you. What you teach, who it suits, what the space is actually like. Not a mission statement.
Photos
The room matters more than the logo. Dancers want to see the floor, the mirrors, the light and the size of the space.
A clear photo of the actual studio does more than a designed graphic.
Keeping it current
An abandoned listing is worse than no listing. If your timings, styles or location change, update the profile — a dancer who turns up on wrong information does not come back.
Availability
The Network is included on every plan, including Free. Free studios can keep one gig open at a time; paid plans have no limit.
