Fee settings — automatic fees & registration fee
Catch students still attending after their membership expired, and set your default registration fee.

Automatic fees for late attenders
This solves a specific and very common leak: a student's membership expires, nobody renews it, and they keep coming to class. They are attending, but no fee exists, so no reminder is sent and no outstanding amount appears anywhere. The money is invisible rather than pending.
With this on, StudioPartner notices and raises the fee automatically.
Available on every plan, including Free.
Untracked money is a correctness problem, not a premium feature. The toggle is deliberately not gated — a Basic studio should not be quietly losing income because of a plan tier.
How it decides
Three numbers control it:

Read together, the defaults mean: three days after their membership ended, if they have shown up at least once in the last week, raise the fee.
Tuning these numbers is a Pro feature. On Free and Basic the job runs on the defaults above — which are sensible for most studios.
When to change them
Raise "days after expiry" if you routinely give people a grace period and do not want a fee appearing during it.
Raise "minimum visits" if one drop-in visit after expiry is not enough for you to want to bill them.
Widen the recent window for studios where students attend irregularly — a twice-a-month adult class needs a longer window than a daily kids' batch.
Turning it off
The fee stops being raised automatically. Students attending on an expired membership then rely on you noticing.
The Unpaid filter on the Fees page is designed for exactly this — it shows students still attending after their membership expired. Worth checking weekly if you leave the automation off.
Default registration fee
The second card sets the registration fee that pre-fills at admission — ₹500 unless you change it.
It is only a default. You can change or remove it on any individual admission; this just saves typing the same number repeatedly.
This is not plan-gated.
Remember to save
Both cards save together, and nothing takes effect until you do.
