1. The Service

StudioPartner is a studio management platform for dance and activity studios in India. It helps studio owners manage students, fees, attendance, batches, leads and reports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• -You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account.
• -You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• -You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date.
• -You may add staff members to your account. You are responsible for their use of the Service.

3. Subscription, trial and billing

• -New studios get a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
• -After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, currently Rs 999 per month for the Basic plan with all features included. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with prior notice.
• -Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• -Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI details.
• -Applicable taxes (such as GST) may be added to the listed price where required by law.
• -If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment succeeds. Your data is not deleted on suspension.

4. Your data and content

• -The data you add to StudioPartner - students, fees, attendance, leads - belongs to you and your studio.
• -You are responsible for having the right to store this data, including appropriate consent for student information, especially for minors.
• -We process your data to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• -You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• -Use the Service for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• -Attempt to access other studios’ data or interfere with the security of the Service.
• -Resell, copy, reverse-engineer or build a competing product using the Service.
• -Upload malicious code or use the Service to send spam.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep StudioPartner available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and occasional downtime may occur, and we will try to minimise disruption.

7. Intellectual property

The StudioPartner name, logo, design and software are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Your studio's data remains yours.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioPartner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

• -You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
• -We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
• -After account closure, we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
