Settings overview

The settings groups

Open Settings from the sidebar. Settings are organized into four groups:

Studio

• Profile — logo, studio name, address, city, phone, email, WhatsApp number, website, brand color (used on invoices and receipts)
• Invoice & tax — GST toggle, GSTIN, PAN
• WhatsApp templates — edit the 7 message presets
• Branches — add and manage extra locations (paid add-on; appears once you have more than one)
• Reminders — automatic WhatsApp reminders and confirmations (Pro)

Team

• Staff & roles — give each staff member their own login with permissions. (Visible on Pro plans or when the staff feature is enabled.)

Plan & billing

• Subscription — your current plan, student limit, expiry or renewal date, and what upgrading would unlock
• Modules — turn Batches, Attendance, Leads, and Reports on or off

Account

• Account & security — your login email, organization ID, plan, and logout
• Data management — import / export your data

Modules: turn off what you do not use

If your studio does not use a module (say, Leads), switch it off in Settings → Modules and it disappears from the sidebar. Switch it back on anytime — no data is lost.
