The two tabs

The Fees page has Invoices and Expenses tabs.

P&L Summary (top of Invoices)

Five live numbers with a date period selector (Today, Yesterday, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year, All Time, Custom):

• Revenue — real money collected (refunds already deducted, waivers excluded), with last month comparison
• Expenses — total spent in the period
• Net Profit — revenue minus expenses
• Outstanding — total uncollected balance across all pending and partial fees
• Collection Rate — percentage of total due that you have actually collected

Invoice filters

Filter	What it shows
All	Every invoice in the chosen date period
Pending	Every invoice with money still owed — any status, any age
Partial	Students who paid some but not all
Expiring	Memberships ending today or within the next 7 days
Expired	Students whose latest membership has ended and not been renewed
Paid	Fully paid invoices
Unpaid	Inactive students still attending classes after their membership expired

Each row has quick actions: record a payment, send a WhatsApp reminder, view the invoice, or Renew (opens the renewal flow).

Daily collection view

When the All filter is set to a month, quarter, year, or custom range, the list becomes a day-by-day collection chart. Click any day to expand and see exactly who paid what.

Expenses tab

Record your studio costs with category (Rent, Salaries, Utilities, Marketing, Maintenance, Other), amount, payment mode, date, and notes. Expenses feed directly into your Net Profit and Reports.
