3. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored securely on cloud infrastructure hosted in the Asia South (Mumbai) region — keeping your studio data within India. Our application is deployed on a global cloud network. All infrastructure follows industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Third-party services
StudioPartner uses the following third-party services to operate the platform:

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to perform their function.
5. Your rights
You have full control over your data. You can:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@studiopartner.app. We will respond within 7 business days.
6. Public Network profiles
If you create a profile on the StudioPartner Network, the information you choose to publish becomes publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines.
- —Public when you publish: your name, handle, city, styles, headline, bio, and any photos, videos or work history you add.
- —Contact details are opt-in - your email and WhatsApp number show only if you explicitly turn them on. Both are off by default, and you can change this any time from your profile.
- —You can edit, unpublish or delete your profile at any time. Your public profile is removed promptly, though search-engine caches may take some time to clear.
- —The Network is optional and separate from the studio-management app. Creating a profile is your choice.
