Creating membership plans

What is a membership plan?

A plan defines what a student pays and for how long — e.g. Hip Hop 1 Month — Rs 1,500. Plans are selected during admission and renewal, and the end date is calculated automatically from the plan.

Creating a plan

Go to Memberships in the sidebar and click Create Plan.

• Plan Name (required) — e.g. Hip Hop 1 Month
• Category — optional grouping like Regular or Premium
• Plan Type — choose one of three:
  • Duration — valid for months/days (e.g. 1 month)
  • Session — valid for a number of classes (e.g. 12 sessions)
  • Duration & Session — whichever ends first
• Months / Days / Sessions — fields appear based on the type
• Price (required) — the standard amount in Rs
• Min Price — optional floor for discounting

Click Create Plan.

The stat cards

The top of the page shows Total Plans, Active Plans, and Students Enrolled across all plans. Each plan card shows how many students are currently on it.

Edit, Deactivate — never delete

Plans can be edited or deactivated (Power button), but not deleted — deleting a plan that students are enrolled in would break their membership records. A deactivated plan stops appearing in admission, but existing memberships continue unaffected. Reactivate it anytime.
