How students join a batch

A student is assigned to their batch during admission (Step 2) — selecting a batch is required to complete enrollment. From that moment they appear in the batch's student list and its attendance register.

Seeing who is in a batch

On the Batches page, click Students on any batch card. A panel opens listing every enrolled student with their phone number and current status (Active, Inactive, Dropped, etc.). If the batch is empty, it will say so — assign students to it during admission.

Batch enrollment status

A student's enrollment in a batch is either Active or Inactive. Only Active enrollments appear in the attendance register, and a student marked Dropped is excluded automatically.

Capacity at a glance

If you set a capacity on a batch, the card shows a live fill bar — yellow at 70%, red at 90% — so you know when to open a new batch instead of overfilling one.
