How booking works
- Step 1
Pick a ticket and pay online
Open the event, choose a ticket and pay by UPI, card or netbanking. You pay the ticket price.
- Step 2
Your ticket arrives by email
Each ticket has its own QR code. Every ticket you book is also kept under My tickets.
- Step 3
Show the QR at the door
The organiser scans it when you arrive. Each ticket works once.
Lost your ticket?
Sign in to see every ticket you booked, or open one with its booking code.
Questions before you book
Do I need an app to book?
No. Open the event page, pick a ticket and pay online. Your ticket arrives by email, and every ticket you book is kept under My tickets.
How do I pay for a ticket?
By UPI, card or netbanking when you book. You pay the ticket price shown on the event page; nothing is added at checkout.
Where is my ticket?
In the email sent when you booked, with a QR code the organiser scans at the door. Lost it? Sign in under My tickets, or open it with the booking code from that email.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
If the organiser cancels, every paid booking is refunded in full, automatically. The event page also says it has been cancelled.
Can I get a refund if I cannot go?
That depends on the organiser’s refund policy, which is shown on each event page before you book. Message the organiser from the event page to ask.
