Plans explained — Free, Basic and Pro
What each plan unlocks, what the Free limits actually are, and when it is worth upgrading.
The short version
Free is a real plan, not a trial. It never expires and never asks for a card.
Basic removes the Free limits.
Pro adds automation and your team.
Free vs Basic — the honest answer
This surprises most studios, so it is worth saying plainly:
Free and Basic have the same features. Every module, every screen, every button is identical. Basic simply removes the limits.
If you are under 30 students and the Free limits do not bother you, Basic will not give you anything new. Upgrade when you hit a wall, not before.

Which students count toward the 30? Both Active and Paused students. Pausing a student does not free up a slot.
Students you have archived do not count, and neither do students marked Left or Inactive. If you are at the limit, archiving students who have genuinely left is the fastest way to make room.
Nothing is deleted when you hit a limit. Older attendance and past-month reports stay in your account — they simply become visible again the moment you upgrade.
What Pro adds
Pro is for studios that have stopped doing everything themselves.
- Staff accounts & roles — give teachers and front-desk staff their own logins, with control over what each person can see
- Staff attendance & payroll — track staff hours and send payslips over WhatsApp
- WhatsApp automation — fee reminders send themselves instead of you tapping each one
- WhatsApp inbox — replies from students land in your dashboard instead of a personal phone
- Batch attendance link — a teacher marks attendance from a link, without a StudioPartner login
- PDF invoices with GST — proper tax invoices for students who ask for them
Premium
Premium is not on sale yet. It will add online fee collection, online class batches, and the AI Studio Manager. We will announce it here when it opens.

All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Yearly billing works out cheaper than twelve monthly payments.
Trials and what happens after
Paid plans start with a free trial — 14 days for new studios. No card is needed to start it.
Trial lengths have changed over time, and some studios are on a longer one. Your own end date is always shown in Settings → Subscription — trust that over any number quoted here.
If the trial ends and you have not subscribed, your studio moves down to the Free plan. It is not suspended and nothing is deleted. If you are above 30 students at that point, your records all remain — you simply cannot add new students until you subscribe or bring the count down.
Where to see your own plan
Settings → Subscription shows your current plan, your student count against the limit, your renewal or expiry date, and what upgrading would unlock.
