Do my buyers need an app?

No. They open your link, pick a ticket and pay. The ticket arrives by email, and they can find every ticket they booked under My tickets.

Can I run a free event?

Yes. Free events work the same way: a booking page, email tickets and QR check-in, with nothing to pay.

What do I need before selling paid tickets?

A bank account and a one-time KYC check in your StudioPartner dashboard. It usually takes one to three working days.

When do I get paid?

After the event is over. Your share is released to your bank, usually within three working days.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancel from your dashboard and every buyer is refunded in full, automatically.

Can I sell different ticket types?

Yes. Early bird, regular, group or anything you name, each with its own price and number of seats.

Can I write my event page in Hindi?

Yes. The about section and your terms can be in Hindi or English, and buyers see them exactly as you wrote them.

Will my event be found by new people?

Every published event is also listed on StudioPartner Events, where people look for workshops, classes and shows near them.
