On the Pro plan, fee reminders go out automatically to everyone with a pending fee, so nobody has to press anything at all.

What it does
One tap from any student profile — on every plan
The number is already there, the template is already written, and the amount and due date are filled in from that student’s actual fee record. You read it and send it. Included on the free plan, not held back for paid tiers.

Fee due, fee overdue, class timing changed, class cancelled, welcome message. The ones every studio types thirty times a month.
Automated reminders on Pro
Fee reminders go out on their own to every student with a pending fee, on a schedule. This is the difference between remembering to chase and not having to. Pro only — Free and Basic are click-to-send.
Written for parents, not for you
Most students at a studio are children and the parent pays. The templates are worded to be read by a parent — polite, specific about the amount, and clear about how to pay.
Nothing to install
It opens WhatsApp with the message ready. No new app for you, and nothing for parents to download or sign up to.
Your own number on Premium
Pro sends through a shared StudioPartner sender. Premium moves you to your own WhatsApp Business number, so messages arrive from your studio. Premium is not released yet.

Common questions
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API for this?
Not for click-to-send. StudioPartner opens WhatsApp with the message prepared and you send it from your own number — no API, no approval process, and it works on the free plan. Automated sending on the Pro plan runs through StudioPartner’s WhatsApp sender.
Are the reminders automatic or do I send them?
Both, depending on the plan. Click-to-send is available on every plan including the free one: you tap and the message is ready. Automated fee reminders that go out without you are a Pro feature — they are not included on Free or Basic.
Can messages come from my own WhatsApp number?
Click-to-send goes from your own number, because it opens WhatsApp on your phone. Automated sending on Pro goes through a shared StudioPartner sender. A dedicated WhatsApp Business number per studio is planned for Premium, which is not released yet.
Is WhatsApp included on the free plan?
Click-to-send is, yes — free forever for up to 30 students with no card required. What the free plan does not include is automation: reminders that send themselves start on the Pro plan at Rs 1,499 a month plus GST.
Can I change what the messages say?
Yes. The templates are a starting point and can be edited to match how you talk to your parents.
