Fee management in StudioPartner means every student has a fee plan, a due date and a payment history, and the pending list rebuilds itself every day from that data. You record payments as they arrive — UPI, cash or bank transfer — and the collection total, the pending total and each student’s balance update together. Nothing is calculated by hand.

What it does
A pending list you did not have to build
Every student with an unpaid fee, with the amount and how long it has been outstanding. It updates on its own, so there is no monthly ritual of going through a register to work out who owes what.
Monthly, quarterly or session plans
Set the plan once per student. Monthly fees for a regular batch, a quarterly plan, a six-month package or a session pack — each with its own due date and expiry.
UPI, cash and bank in one history
Record how each payment arrived. Part payments are supported, so a student who pays half now and half next week carries an accurate balance rather than a note in the margin.
Fees outside the monthly cycle
Costume charges, grading fees, tournament entries, workshop fees. Record them against the student alongside the monthly fee so your collection total reflects everything that actually came in.
One-tap WhatsApp reminders
Send a fee reminder from the student’s profile with the amount and due date already filled in. Included on every plan, free one included. Reminders that send themselves are a Pro feature.

Common questions
How much does fee management software cost in India?
StudioPartner is free forever for up to 30 students with no card required. Paid plans start at Rs 999 a month plus GST for unlimited students, with a 14-day free trial. Fee tracking is included on every plan, including the free one.
Can it collect payments online?
Not yet. You record payments that arrive by UPI, cash or bank transfer and the balances update from that. Online fee collection is planned for the Premium plan and is not available today.
Does it handle part payments?
Yes. Record any amount against a student and the balance adjusts, so someone who pays half now and half later carries an accurate outstanding figure rather than an all-or-nothing status.
Can I send GST invoices?
Yes, on the Pro plan and above, where PDF invoices with GST are included. Fee tracking itself does not require a paid plan.
What about fees that are not monthly, like grading or costume charges?
Record them against the student the same way as a monthly fee. They appear in the student’s payment history and count towards your collection totals.
