Is there really no credit card required?
Correct. The Free plan needs no card at all — just your name, studio name, and email. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and you only add payment details when you decide to continue.
Is StudioPartner only for dance studios?
StudioPartner is built dance-first, but it fits any studio that runs on batches and monthly plans - yoga, martial arts, music, art, skating, fitness classes. If your students join batches and pay monthly fees, it works for you.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You can continue on the Basic plan at ₹999/month for unlimited students, or stay on the Free plan for up to 30 students at no cost. Either way your data stays exactly as it is.
Can I import my existing student data?
Yes. StudioPartner supports CSV import so you can bring in your existing student list without entering data manually.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. StudioPartner is fully responsive and works on phones, tablets, and desktops. No app download required — it runs in your browser.
What payment modes does it support?
Every plan lets you record UPI, cash, card and bank transfer payments against each student. On Pro, parents can also pay online by UPI, card or netbanking from a payment link, and the fee marks itself paid (3% + GST per payment).
Can I use it for multiple branches?
Yes. Every plan includes one branch. On Basic and Pro you can add more branches at ₹499 a month per branch + GST, each with its own students, batches and staff. The Free plan includes one branch only.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data stays private to your studio and is stored securely. We never share or sell it.
How is StudioPartner different from regular studio software?
Most studio software is built for gyms and Western fitness chains. StudioPartner is built specifically for Indian dance studios — batch-based classes, UPI payments, WhatsApp communication, and Instagram lead tracking.
