These Network Listing Terms govern your use of the StudioPartner Network ("Network") — the public space at studiopartner.app/network where artists and studios list themselves and connect. They supplement our main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By creating a listing, you agree to them.
The Network is a free public directory that helps artists — dancers, choreographers and performers — and studios find and contact each other. StudioPartner is a connector: a venue that helps people discover one another. We are not an employer, agency, talent manager, or a party to any arrangement you make with someone you meet here.
You must be at least 18 years old, list only yourself or a studio you are authorised to represent, and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for everything on your listing.
Photos, videos, work history and text you add remain yours. By listing them, you give StudioPartner permission to display them on the Network and in related promotion. You confirm you have the right to post them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Your email and WhatsApp number appear on your public profile only if you turn them on — both are off by default. You can change or remove them at any time. Anyone can see the details you choose to show, so share only what you are comfortable making public.
A listing does not guarantee hires, gigs, income, enquiries or any result. Artists and studios deal with each other directly. StudioPartner is not involved in, and not responsible for, your negotiations, agreements, payments, bookings or disputes.
Gigs are posted by studios, not by us, and we do not verify every detail of every post. Do your own due diligence before accepting work or sharing personal information. Never pay anyone to apply for a gig — legitimate gigs do not ask for that. Please report anything suspicious.

A "Verified" mark on a work relationship means both parties confirmed it. It is not an endorsement, a background check, or a guarantee by StudioPartner.
You can remove your listing at any time. We may remove a listing or suspend access if it breaks these terms or in response to a valid report. We review reports manually and do not auto-ban.
The Network is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioPartner is not liable for the conduct of any user, the accuracy of any listing, or anything arising from connections made through the Network. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in our main Terms & Conditions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These Network Listing Terms add to our main Terms & Conditions, and your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the main Terms, these apply to your use of the Network specifically.
